§3 Paragraph 3 – Funds of the association may only be used for statutory purposes. The members do not receive any benefits from the funds of the corporation.
§9 Paragraph 6 – The members of the Board of Directors will be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in the association’s work. Members of the Executive Board can also receive remuneration. The remuneration for the time required requires the reason and the amount according to the previous resolution of the general meeting.
No compensation was paid to the board of directors/management in 2021.
Farmers Future e.V. was entered into the register of associations in 4Q 2021. At the same time, the non-profit status was recognized. The association then started its official work in the 1Q 2022. Consequently 2022 marks Farmers Future first year.
The first annual report will be published in June 2023.
